Venus is a Cigar Zone Club house blend, rolled in the Dominican Republic. It's built on a Mexican San Andrés wrapper over a Sumatra binder, with a filler drawn from three countries: the Dominican Republic, Nicaragua, and USA Broadleaf.
Brand: Cigar Zone The Club
Origin: Dominican Republic
Size: 6 x 48
Wrapper: Mexican San Andrés
Binder: Sumatra
Filler: Dominican, Nicaraguan, and USA Broadleaf
Strength: Medium plus
Flavor profile: dark chocolate, cedar, earth, warm spice, dried fruit
Pairs with: espresso or an aged rum
The San Andrés leaf brings a natural sweetness that keeps the spice in check. A good pick when you want a cigar with some weight that still finishes smooth.
