These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Cigar Zone The Shop website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through it (the "Services"), operated by Cigar Zone LLC ("Cigar Zone," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Services, placing an order, or creating an account, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
Our products are intended solely for adults 21 years of age or older. By using the Services or placing an order, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, including at the point of delivery, and to refuse, cancel, or delay any order where age cannot be verified. Orders returned to us due to failed age verification are handled according to our Refund Policy.
You may need to create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as needed. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
Products and Availability
We make reasonable efforts to display our products, descriptions, and pricing accurately. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content are error-free. In the event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, even after confirmation, and will notify you if this occurs.
Cigars and other tobacco products are subject to inventory availability, and rare or limited items may sell out without notice. Availability shown on the Services does not guarantee stock at the time of order.
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment processor, PlacetoPay. We do not store your full payment card details. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated, and applicable taxes (including Puerto Rico IVU, where applicable) will be added at checkout.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, unauthorized or illegal activity, errors in pricing or product information, or failure to verify age.
Shipping timelines and costs are provided at checkout and are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or events outside our control. Someone 21 years of age or older, capable of presenting valid government-issued ID, must be available to receive the shipment. Orders that cannot be delivered due to failed age verification will be handled according to our Refund Policy.
All sales are governed by our Refund Policy. Because we sell premium tobacco products, returns and exchanges are not accepted except as expressly described there.
All content on the Services — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the Cigar Zone name and branding — is the property of Cigar Zone LLC or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Services without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law or regulation, including age-restricted sale laws.
- Provide false information, including about your age or identity.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or our systems.
- Resell products purchased through the Services without our written authorization.
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
- Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Services without permission.
If you submit reviews, comments, or other content to the Services, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services. You are solely responsible for content you submit and represent that it does not violate any third party's rights.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services, including our payment processor and shipping carriers. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of third-party sites. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies.
The Services and all products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cigar Zone LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of the Services or products purchased through them, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will not exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Cigar Zone LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, misuse of the Services, or violation of any law or third-party right, including misrepresenting your age.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Services will be resolved in the courts located in Puerto Rico, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
